The weight formula

Weight equals volume times density. For a cube, the volume is the side length cubed. Pure tungsten has a density of about 19.25 grams per cubic centimeter, which is roughly 1.7 times denser than lead and about 2.5 times denser than steel. Multiply the cube’s volume by that density and you have its weight.

Example weights

A cube that is 1 centimeter on each side holds 1 cubic centimeter, so it weighs about 19.25 grams. Double the edge to 2 centimeters and the volume grows to 8 cubic centimeters, so the weight jumps to about 154 grams. A 1 inch cube comes out near 315 grams, about 0.69 pounds.
